sangat well being & mental health

Sangat Trust recognises that we live in a diverse global village with equally increasing, diverse care needs.

Where we come from contributes a lot to the wellbeing of our mind, body and soul. For example, research has shown that members from ethnic minority groups in the UK have typical health issues that are more predominant than in the wider community. These Include:

  • Diabetes
  • Cardio Vascular Disease
  • Tuberculosis
  • Depression

Here at Sangat wellbeing our experience has shown us that there is still a lot of understandable confusion surrounding individual care needs – because we often do not see all as unique individual with their own healthcare requirements.

Through our shows and partners, we aim to empower you as an individual to make informed and educated decisions about your own health and social care needs.

Partners

Through our partner community we have branched out into many areas of wellbeing and mental health and are always looking for new organisations to work with and provide greater support.

Your Health

We believe that health is the state of an individual’s well-being. Our Guru informs us that well-being can be broken down into three main categories:

  • Mind
  • Body
  • And Soul

These three areas of wellbeing complement one another to complete our overall health profile so it would make sense to develop these in harmony with one another.

If you have any health concerns or a query you should always contact the NHS England on 111 or online on the link below.
